At Family Tree Magazine Store, we want you to wear your heritage with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
